Our 2-day refresh camp is designed to help you:
Revisit the concepts related to solidifying strong position & balance on your bike
Dial in your braking techniques
Explore concepts related to terrain awareness, to help boost your confidence & creativity on trail.
Explore pressure control concepts.
Get back to feeling "like one" with your bike and accessing your pre-existing capabilities
Have a fun and safe experience helping to ensure your 2023 riding season starts off on the right foot!
Practices days/times as follows:
Day #1: Saturday April 29: 10am-1pm
Day #2: Sunday April 30: 10am-1pm

cancelation & change policies
Should you wish to change from one program to another, a $25+gst admin fee (plus any additional costs related to the new program) will be added to your invoice.
Cancellations are accepted on a case-by-case nature in the event of illness and injury.
All other cancellations are not permitted, however we reserve the right to treat these situations on a case-by-case basis as well.
