HUMANS FIRST. ATHLETES SECOND.
WHAT IS IT?
'SEA TO SKY GRAVITY CLUB', is our collaborative Performance and Development Program, geared towards providing our young MTB athletes with many tools to succeed both on and off the bike.
This club aims to create a space for not only mountain bike skill development and coaching strategy, but also to provide a further training ground for virtues such as integrity, respect, resilience, self-improvement &
self-worth that is not tied to results or achievements… all while having fun!
Continuing to utilise the underlying pillars of
FUN, FITNESS & FUNDAMENTALS, the 'Sea to Sky Gravity Club' provides an environment to help riders truly develop their skills and confidence to tackle anything life’s journey (both on and off the bike) might throw at them.

COLLABORATIVE TRAINING CAMPS, WORKSHOPS &
ONE-ON-ONE CHECK-INS!
We are excited to offer the 'Sea To Sky Gravity Club' as compliment to our Hilltop MTB youth performance & development programming in collaboration with the Sea to Sky’s leading coaches and businesses!
We are collaborating with Strand Training, which will provide our athletes with the opportunity to meet, learn, ride and grow with other likeminded riders throughout Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton!
Build relationships with riders in neighboring communities all while learning and having fun!
Inside this supportive environment, youth can expect:
-
Monthly training camps - These on bike group sessions explore skill development, mental strength techniques and competitive or coaching strategies.
-
Monthly workshops - Workshops with key note speakers will explore different topics such as:
-
Goal setting
-
Visualization
-
Nutrition
-
Breathwork and mindfulness
-
Self-determination, positive self-talk and redefining failure
-
Injury prevention and strength training for mountain biking
-
Other important tools to navigate the mountain bike industry (and life!)
-
3 one-on-one check-ins, tailored to each athlete's goals and objectives. This is an opportunity to explore personal goals and objectives, reflect on your riding, workshops or tackle any other enquiry you may have.
