WHAT IS IT?
Year-round mentorship and development program, aimed at helping young female mountain bike riders realize their full potential, both on and off the bike!
Creating a space for not only mountain bike skill development, but also providing a training ground for virtues such as integrity, respect, resilience, focus, self-improvement, and self-worth that is not tied to results or achievements ... all while having fun!

WHO IS IT FOR?

Geared towards strong-intermediate to advanced female youth, committed to progression and personal growth.

Ages 12-18.

Requests considered and encouraged for younger or older riders, if they feel this program would be a fit.

HILLTOP MTB SPECIFIC
REGULAR WEEKLY PRACTICES, OFF-SEASON RIDES/CAMPS, WORKSHOPS & INDIVIDUAL CHECK-INS:
PRE-SEASON

March 12, 2021:  Virtual "Meet & Greet" (Parents & Athletes) - 6:30pm-7:30pm

March 13, 2021:  On-Bike training camp + "skills/fitness benchmark testing" - 12:00pm-4:00pm

SPRING SESSIONS

April 12, 2021 - June 17, 2021:  10 Weekly Afterschool Practices - 4:00pm-6:30pm

  • Groups will be split by ages and experience

    • Tuesday's:  Intermediate Tweens/Teens (12-18)

    • Wednesday's:  Advanced Teens (14-18)

    • Thursday's: Advanced Tweens (12-13)

July 5, 2021 - September 2, 2021:  10 full-day weekly practices - 10:00am-4:00pm

  • Groups will be split by ages and experience

    • Thursday's: Advanced Tweens (12-13)

We are excited to offer a portion of our mentorship program in collaboration with the Sea to Sky’s leading coaches and businesses!

We are collaborating with Strand Training, which will expand the opportunity for our athletes to meet, learn, ride and grow with other likeminded girls throughout Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton, between April and September!

Group training camps will cover on-bike skills and mental strength techniques, alongside competitive strategy coaching.

INDIVIDUAL CHECK-INS

Monthly individual check-ins with your mentor Jaime, tailored to each individual athletes goals and objectives.

This is an opportunity to explore personal goals/objectives, reflect on the month of riding and/or workshops, or tackle any other questions you might have!
