1. The giveaway is open to participants aged 10 years and above.

2. The giveaway starts on July 5 and ends on July 12 at 6pm PST. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. To enter, participants must follow @hilltop.mtb and @Oakleybike on Instagram.

4. Participants must share the giveaway post on their Instagram story.

5. For an extra chance to win, participants must share a photo/video/reel of themselves on their bike, tagging @hilltop.mtb and @Oakleybike in the post.

6. One entry per person tagged, limited to a maximum of 10 entries. Once the maximum number of entries is reached, further entries will not be considered.

7. Contest entry eligibility until July 12th at 6pm PST. Winner randomly selected by draw and announced on July 13th on @hilltop.mtb's Instagram page.

8. The winner will receive an Oakley Sutro Photochromic lens as the prize.

9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

10. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

11. By participating, entrants confirm that they release Instagram of any responsibility and agree to Instagram's terms of use.

12. The winner must be located in Canada.
