Developing a mastery mind-set at any age

Hilltop MTB's performance & development training is our enriched training environment for passionate and dedicated mountain bike athletes interested in developing mastery and excellence on-and-off the bike!  Our training philosophy is based on Hilltop MTB founder's background as a long-time competitor on the Canadian National Gymnastics Team, her extensive history of World Cup Downhill and Enduro Mountain Bike Racing and her dedication to formal education and training in High Performance Coaching & Technical Leadership.

Our athlete-centered approach to coaching, is underpinned by the pillars of "FUN, FITNESS & FUNDAMENTALS".

Our programs aim to create a space for not only mountain bike skill development and competitive strategy, but also to provide a training ground for virtues such as integrity, respect, resilience, and self-improvement & worth that is not tied to results or achievements… all while having fun!

BE PREPARED FOR EVERY SEASON!
'DRY-LAND' TRAINING

OFF-SEASON STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SESSIONS:  

  • We're excited to partner with Squamish Barbell for Dryland training in 2023 & 2024! â€‹â€‹

Strength & conditioning youth options include:

  • Pre-Teen (8-12 years old) - Thursday 4:30pm-5:30pm

  • Teen Lifters (13-18) - Mon/Wed/Fri 3:45pm-5pm

Fall block until December 8th 

Winter block begins in January 2024.
